Taiko drumming

We are all very excited about our new whole school focus on Taiko drumming linked with learning behaviours and developing positive attitudes in everything we do.

Taiko drumming has 4 guiding principles and we are practising one key area from each of these principles.

Attitude: Always doing our best with 100% effort

Kata: Positive body language – how we look and present

Technique: Simple things done well

Ki: Enjoying our learning
