Nasal Flu Vaccinations - Update!
We are aware that there have been issues with the online consent for the Nasal Flu Vaccination.
We have been in touch with the Immunisations Team and have been advised that there should only be issues if the consent is being completed on a Samsung or Android device as there are some compatibility problems.
If this is the case, please try to use a laptop or other computer to complete the form instead.

We have paper forms available in the office as a last resort. You will need to post them back to the immunisation office as soon as possible so they can put them onto the system manually.
