Prayer from Year 5

Dear Lord,

Thank you for sending Jesus and giving us ways to remember him. Thank you that we are all created unique and no matter who we are or what we look like, the Easter story is for us.

We are sorry for when we do not appreciate those who are different to us or treat people badly for things which are actually special and should be celebrated.

Please help us to remember the Easter story and what you have done for us. Help us to continue caring for and celebrating each other for our differences.
