On Wednesday 26th June, 49 children from our school travelled to Dartington Court, Totnes for the annual Mix Music Festival. It was an exciting day with numerous musical workshops and experiences for our children to enjoy including: Taiko drumming; a group vocal lesson; a rock band performance; the big sing event with hundreds of children's voices; 'Have a go' tent where you could play on a whole range of instruments; a steel pan workshop; performing opera and a hand bell display.
Our children, as always, were incredibly respectful, making the most of everything and fully enjoying the whole day.
