It is our aim to be able to answer any questions or concerns any members of our community may have. We would always prefer to do this by having a face to face conversation. We strongly believe that by sitting down together we will be able to resolve any difficulties or challenges - we have worked successfully with many families in this way.
Should you wish to make a complaint then the process is explained in the complaints policy below. This includes complaints for parents of pupils who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND).
