On Thursday 30th January Year 5 had a very important call. Ady James, Finlay’s uncle, called us all the way from Australia. Ady works at a university in Australia as a professor of space. He has designed, created and sent to space many pieces of technology. His creations have helped many space journeys. We had the opportunity to ask Ady questions to help us with our space topic. We have all learnt so much knowledge to use for our space expo projects. Seren said: ‘It was very interesting seeing someone have the knowledge to create such upscaled machinery and the processes to making it!’ Emi said: ‘It was very exciting learning different facts about space by someone who has experienced lots about what we have learned.’ Thank you so much Ady from all of Year 5!
