Lighting Up Christmas with Science!
Our Year 4 scientists explored electricity by learning about conductors, insulators, and simple circuits. Using their knowledge, they designed festive Christmas cards that really shine! Each card includes a working circuit with a bulb powered by a battery and connected using copper tape. This project combined creativity with scientific understanding, showing how electrical energy can bring ideas to life.

Year 5 - Careers Day
For our PSHE unit, Year 5 are focusing on Careers and Aspirations. To fully immerse ourselves in the topic we had a day of looking at what careers are, what we would like to do and how we get into each career. We had some parents come in to talk to us about their careers. It was very informative, and the children really enjoyed finding out information from those that were in the roles. A big thank you to those parents that gave their time.
