In Year 5 we have been learning and understanding about mental health and how it is important to keep our mind healthy, as well as our body.
During a mental health session in 5PR, we talked about the importance of being kind and making sure that we show kindness to each other as well as ourselves. We spent some time thinking about how we could show our kindness to others to make them feel happy and safe. We then shared our kind thoughts about each other by writing them onto our classmates backs anonymously. We then read our messages to see what kind things members of the class had said about us.
