The Stress Bucket

As part of the mental health sessions linked to our PSHE curriculum, 3EC have discussed how our minds can be a bit like a bucket. The stresses we experience go in our bucket. Although not all stresses are negative, they can add up and gradually fill the bucket. In order to stay mentally healthy, we need to have a way of emptying some of the stresses rather than allowing them to overflow. If our stresses fill the bucket, this can cause us to struggle to cope.

As a class, we discussed lots of different ways that might enable us to release some of our stresses and help us feel more balanced.
