Year 3 Ancient Egypt day'

As an introduction to our new topic, we were immersed in all things Ancient Egypt.

Tasting new foods like pomegranate and mint tea were interesting. We drank mango juice and ate chickpeas too!

In the museum section, we travelled around the space marvelling at the artefacts and replica objects from Ancient Egypt. We noted down questions that we had and facts that we learnt.

Finally, we were inspired by the artwork drawn by hand on papyrus and stone. We drew and wrote in code using hieroglyphics. It must have taken such a long time to write!
