The Summer School Games event which was scheduled to take place on the 17 June 2020 has been cancelled. However, to ensure that children are supported to remain active whilst at home (or in school settings for key worker children) Active Devon have planned a series of virtual competitions to replace the in person Summer Schools event the #DevonVirtualGames.
The competitions are all virtual and children and young people can enter as many events as they would like. The competitions are suitable to do at home, in the garden or at School. The events will provide young people with the chance to team up with their classmates and compete against other children from across Devon.
There is the chance to win individual certificates and medals as well as opportunities for your School to win prizes too! The last event will be a set of family-based challenges which will run throughout the summer holidays.

The first Event is available to release to schools now and will be scheduled on social media at 10am on Monday. First Event – Walk – Jog – Run
