Dick King-Smith Evening

You are invited to a ‘Dick King-Smith Evening’ at St. Sabinus’ Church, Woolacombe on Saturday 27th November from 7.00 pm until approx. 8.30 pm.

Dick’s son Giles, the Vicar of Woolacombe, Mortehoe and Lee, will be speaking about his father’s life and books, including ‘The Sheep-Pig’ (‘Babe’) and ‘The Queen’s Nose’. There will be readings and film excerpts. No tickets are required but there will be a collection for Church Funds.

The church (postcode EX34 7BT) is on the right-hand side of Beach Road as you come down the hill into Woolacombe and opposite the Village Hall. There is car parking available at the Church and nearby.
