Express Yourself

As part of Children's Mental Health Week, the children were encouraged to express themselves and their feelings. Throughout the week we talked about how we can find out how people are feeling through their actions, through speech and even through how they dress.

‘I felt like I was expressing myself which made me feel happy and it was fun and exciting! Me and mum did it together before school on Friday. We chose rainbows because of the NHS. The NHS are helping fight the virus and we are lucky to have them.’ Arthur Busbridge 4AC
