At this moment in time, we have not had any information from the government as to when the FSM voucher scheme might start. If your child is not in school at the moment then, as per government guidelines, we will be providing a weekly food hamper which meets food standard requirements for each child entitled to FSM from next Monday 11th January. This will be instead of daily school packed lunches that we have been offering.
The hampers will need to be collected on Monday between 11am and 2pm.
There will be a vegetarian option available. If your child has any other dietary requirements eg. allergies, please phone the school office on 01271 836463.
If your child is in school they will continue to be provided with a hot meal.
The hamper contents should be as follows:
1 loaf of brown bread
1 litre of semi-skimmed milk
6 eggs
2 baking potatoes
1 pack of cherry tomatoes
1 cucumber
1 tin of sweetcorn
400g tin of tuna
800g of baked beans
200g cheese
5 yoghurts
5 pieces of fruit
