Dear parents and carers
As you may well be aware there are significant problems with the issuing of FSM vouchers (https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/education-52283067) using the Government's provider Edenred.
After attempting to upload details for all of our eligible parents for 3 days last week, we finally managed to do this late on Thursday night. They have since been waiting on the system to be issued and only at this point will we then be able to forward them on to you. We are now attempting to register for this week's vouchers and are experiencing further delays.
Given this delay, we will now give parents the option to change their mind and order a hamper for this week. If you are able to reply to our text with the word 'hamper' by 3pm today we will be able to place an order and prepare some hampers that can be collected from school on Friday 17th between 10am-12pm.
We will send out another text tomorrow for any parents that will want to return to ordering a hamper for next week and you will be able to collect these from school on Monday.
I am so sorry that you are having to experience this delay and I hope that it is resolved soon.
