This week, year 5 started their work to learn all about being member of the Mini Police. Matt, a policeman that works in North Devon, came to each class and spoke about his role as a policeman. He discussed why he had been inspired to enter the police force and discussed the qualities needed. He outlined what the Mini Police programme will include and we all got a chance to pick which activity we would focus on to support our community. To help us with our role over the next 5 weeks, we all made our own police ID badges.
We are all looking forward to the session next week and we cannot wait to see what else we get up to.
