Super Sentences!

Year 4 have been writing their own version of the book 'A Winter's Child'. Their version is 'Spring's Child' and here are some inspirational sentences they have been practising.

  • As the cavernous depths of winter closed up, Spring's true potential arises.

  • From the dark, cold dungeon, screams echoed and a bitter laugh followed.

  • From the emerald green hills, a haunted, ghastly shadow crept up the pole.

  • Like a bright, white stag, they galloped.

  • From the glistening forest they cycled.

A big thank you to AJ and Joey in 4LT for sharing their work!
