On Wednesday 13th March, 10 children from Year 5 and Year 6 represented our school in a hockey tournament at Park School in Barnstaple.
There were 12 other schools in the tournament from across North Devon. Teams were made up of three boys and three girls playing in a rotation system. All players showed great progress from scoring nothing, to then winning their final match with four goals! The team didn’t get to the finals but all the children displayed fantastic behaviour, cheering others on, being team players and thanking other teams. They should be very proud of themselves for representing our school in such a positive way.
