Learning Spanish in School

Across the school, we are really enjoying learning Spanish. Each day we practise the greetings when answering the register and have begun having basic conversations.

Here are some examples of what we have learnt so far:

Greetings = Hola/ Buenos Dias

How are you? = ¿Que tal? / ¿Cómo estás?

A response to this question could begin with 'estoy' (I am) and be followed by any of the following depending on how you feel:

mal = bad

Bien = good

muy bien = very good

fenomenal = great

fatal = very bad

así así= ok/ so-so
