On Sunday 2nd February our school took part in the annual Lions Swimarathon at Ilfracombe Swimming Pool.
We had 39 children swimming in teams. They all swam brilliantly and it was great seeing so many happy faces. Thank you to all the parents and grandparents who attended for all your help and support.
Our children, who had all been sponsored, managed to raise £2,026. This will be shared between our school and the Lions Club, who help so many good causes in Ilfracombe.
Well done everyone who took part including some of our Year 6 children for whom this was their fourth year running.
