Science in Year 5

This half term Year 5 are getting to grips with different materials and their properties. We are starting to understand what makes an object tough, brittle, flexible and hard. We are then going to take our new knowledge and find out what happens when we change the properties of different materials for example using hot water to make some jelly! We are looking forward to the different experiments of filtering, dissolving and separating and reversing the reactions that we have created!
